AI Model Training

Logic Bounce does not use customer content to train public or general-purpose AI models without explicit customer consent.

5. Managed Security Services

When providing Managed Security Services (MSS), Managed Detection & Response (MDR), Security Operations Center services, incident response, threat hunting, or digital forensics, Logic Bounce processes customer data solely for authorized service delivery purposes.

In most circumstances:

  • Customer = Data Controller
  • Logic Bounce = Data Processor

Where Logic Bounce acts as a processor under GDPR, we commit to:
